Brigadier General Ben-Meir recently retired from Israel’s military, having served as the army’s Chief Intelligence Officer & head of military intelligence analysis. During a 30-year military career, Eli was the commander of Israel’s entire military intelligence corps.
Ben Meir dealt with technological intelligence and operations worldwide, and served as Israel’s military intelligence attaché in Washington DC. Brigadier General Ben-Meir is known for being one of the leading figures in Israel to contribute to the development of its national cyber strategy.
Ben Meir has recently concluded his term as VP of intelligence, cyber, & space in Rafael Defense Systems, Israel’s leading national defense & technology company.

Ella served at the UN as the Chief of Staff of the Israeli Mission. Prior to that, Ella served as an IDF intelligence officer for six years before joining the Israeli Prime Minister’s office where she specialized in counter-terrorism.
Ella is also a founder of Magna Consulting, a Web data analysis consulting company working with governments and private organizations worldwide providing tailor-made data collection & analysis solutions.
Ella has a Bachelor’s in Government & Diplomacy from IDC Herzliya & a Master’s degree in Negotiation & Conflict Resolution from Columbia University.

Ory Segev is an experienced CEO working globally with governments & private sectors. Ory’s experience includes leading large-scale sales processes with hundreds of customers worldwide of various backgrounds.
Before founding KOIOS, Ory was the CEO of a cybersecurity firm headquartered in New York City, which expanded its footprint to encompass four offices across key international markets.
Ory Holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management & an MBA in business strategies.
